Login Profile

You can request to delete your login profile, which gives access via the mobile app.

Monetary Accounts

You can also request to close any financial accounts you have with us (stored in the ZebraWallet system). Please be aware that:

• In order to close a financial account, there needs to be a zero balance.
• Financial account closure is permanent.
• We are legally obligated to retain associated personal identification and transaction information for 5 years afterwards, in case of financial disputes and legal investigations.

Making A Request

App Recommendations

• We recommend keeping the mobile app installed until after all other requests are fulfilled, as the app makes identity verification simpler.
• Uninstalling the mobile app will remove any app data that is stored on the phone.
